Requirements to become a Notary
Be at least 18 years of age
No prior criminal history
Be a citizen or permanent legal resident of the US
Be able to read and speak english
Be a RI resident or work in RI
How long is the training ?
Training consist of 7 sessions . Can be completed as little as 7 days or 7 weeks .. It all depends on your motivation . The quicker you complete the training the quicker you obtain the skills to be a successful Notary signing agent.
